Five new Dead Space 3 screenshots have been unveiled today that showcase a new type of enemy – called Feeders – for Visceral Games third-person action game. As the planet lies in a state of starvation, the humans inhabiting the planet have taken to eating the Necromorph beings and in turn are transformed into Feeders. To be honest, these new screenshots look colorless and average at best. Add to it that the game won’t be focused on the horror elements and you got yourself a somehow generic third-person game. Blizzard has rolled out a hotfix for the Immortal Wizard Exploit that was unveiled yesterday. After all, it was to be expected that the company would act quickly on this matter. According to Blizzard’s Xodiah, the company will continue to carefully monitor this issue and welcome anyone with information about bugs or hacks to submit a detailed report to its Hacks Team. Ever wondered why Dishonored’s Dunwall looks so close to Half-Life 2’s City 17? Well, that is because these two games share a common art director, Viktor Antonov. Speaking with Eurogamer, Antonov revealed that he was the man responsible for Half-Life 2’s City 17, its suburbs and the alien Combine architecture and technology. Since Valve stopped producing games though, Antonov collaborated with Arkane to do Dishonored. And that’s precisely why Dunwall looks so close to City 17. Upcoming Indie Action RPG Path of Exile is opening its doors to everyone for two days with a public test this coming weekend. Currently in a Closed Beta, Path of Exile has its own dark and highly customizable take on the Action RPG genre.
