Remember Square Enix’s Agnis Philosophy tech demo? What a brilliant piece of demo that was, right? A lot of gamers were wondering what kind of GPU was powering this beast, as we were getting visuals similar to CG quality with constant 60fps. Some thought that it was Nvidia’s GTX690 cards powering it, while others thought that those visuals could only be achieved by a quad-SLI system. These new screenshots show off some of the graphical features that will be supported in this new part of the series, like motion blur, depth of field, a reworked lighting system and the dynamic shadow system. Bethesda has released two E3 gameplay walkthrough videos, in which Co-Creative Directors Raphael Colantonio and Harvey Smith guide us through two different playthroughs of ‘The Golden Cat’. The first video shows a stealthier approach to eliminating The Pendleton Brothers, two corrupt aristocrats. The second video depicts the more direct, action-oriented style of play to assassinate the targets. In addition to ‘The Golden Cat’, the second video illustrates a fight with the Tallboys who are patrolling the streets in ‘The Flooded District’. Enjoy! Valve has released a new beta update for their upcoming free-to-play game, DOTA 2. This new update adds Luna and Guardian Wisp, improves the voice communication quality as the game now uses the CELT codec, fixes bugs for various characters and tweaks the game’s visuals and User Interface.
