We can’t be the only ones wondering how a multiplayer mode would look like in Just Cause 2, right? Well, good news – if you had that question in the back of your head too – as the team behind Just Cause 2’s Multiplayer mod has released some new information about it, as well as a video from its latest build. As the team revealed, over the coming months, their aim is to polish the current build to a state that can be released to the public. Modder ‘B1gBadDaddy’ released an interesting mod for Skyrim. This mod, called ‘Hunting in Skyrim’, introduces a Hunting class to the game that adds better hunting prices, new perks, and more. We should note that this mod is still a work in progress, and hopefully will be expanded to include quests and a guild. Or at least that is B1gBadDaddy’s vision about it. Continue reading The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Hunting class introduced via a mod→
Mr Kees de Koning created an interesting machinima for Battlefield 3 that involves a race with lots of explosions. This machinima is basically a cross between Blur/Split Second and Battlefield 3. And after watching it, you’ll definitely miss the mod tools that were released for Battlefield 2 and are nowhere to be found in Battlefield 3. Battlefield 3’s fanbase is huge and there is a huge potential for some mind-blowing mods or total conversions. Unfortunately though, DICE thought otherwise. And no, that ‘Frostbite 2 is too complicated for modders’ thing is the worst excuse we’ve ever heard. Enjoy the video! A couple of months (or years) ago, Square Enix’s classic 3D Final Fantasy games appeared on Steam’s registry. As always, most of us thought that it was a matter of time before they’d hit Valve’s distribution service but unfortunately, they have not appeared yet. All hope seemed lost, however, yesterday Square Enix registered a new domain called FinalFantasyViiPC.com. Continue reading Square Enix registers FinalFantasyViiPC.com→
The Dark Eye – Chains of Satinav is an interesting 2D adventure game that has just been released. As with most games, it contains some easter eggs and holy cow at that sex scene. That was definitely something we had not expected to see, so kudos to Daedalic. It doesn’t really show much flesh, but that is irrelevant. Enjoy and special thanks to YouTube’s member ‘kenah7’ for capturing it! Continue reading The Dark Eye – Chains of Satinav – Sex Scene Easter Egg→

Call of Duty fans, we have some good news for you today. According to Treyarch, Black Ops 2 will support dedicated servers. The company has not provided any more info than that, so we don’t know whether they will follow Infinity Ward’s and Sledgehammer’s example of disabling dedicated servers on ranked matches. Here is hoping that Treyarch will not pull something like that in Black Ops 2, as they were quite friendly with PC gamers in the first Black Ops (don’t forget that we got both dedicated servers and mod tools). Continue reading Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 PC – Dedicated servers, mouse sensitivity tweaked, Steam bonus confirmed→
We bet that most of you were puzzled while watching the first gameplay footage of Dead Space 3. It didn’t look like the Dead Space you knew and loved, right? In fact, it looked more similar to Lost Planet than Dead Space and that’s a bad thing in our opinion. What’s even worse is that Electronic Arts is aware of this change and claimed that it was an important change: a change that was made in order to appeal to more gamers. Continue reading Electronic Arts: Dead Space 3 will be more action-packed in order to appeal to a broader crowd→
