Crytek and Electronic Arts have released the official trailer of Crysis 3. Crysis 3 looks great but we’d expect to see something more than that. Truth is that we’re spoiled by all those CryEngine 3 mods and maps, therefore we had high hopes for Crytek’s upcoming shooter. In case you are wondering, this is PC footage. EA and DICE have just confirmed that Battlefield 3 Premium will be coming to PC (and X360) next week. The service is available right now for PS3, meaning that PS3 users can go ahead an enjoy Closed Quarters right now. As said and before, Battlefield 3 Premium will offer two weeks head start in every future DLC and comes with various goodies. The service will cost you $49.99 USD. Capcom has released the official E3 2012 trailer of Devil May Cry. This upcoming DMC game is basically a reboot to the series and is addressed to younger gamers. It’s obvious that Capcom is trying to bring a new audience to it with Dante’s latest, emo looks but if we can overlook Dante’s appearance, we can see that the game seems quite faithful to the series and it is what we’d expect from a Devil May Cry game. Activision and Treyarch showcased Black Ops 2 at Microsoft’s E3 2012 Conference and you can find below some new footage from it. Black Ops 2 looks a bit dated (especially if we compare it to all other titles that were present at Microsoft’s conference), but we are pretty sure that Treyarch will further polish, before releasing it. Capcom showcased the latest build of Resident Evil 6 during Microsoft’s E3 2012 Conference and you can find below some new footage from it. As we can see, Resident Evil 6 feels awkward as the quick time events (that were introduced in RE4) have been extended and enhanced. It does look somehow interesting, although there were a lot of framedrops in the X360 build. Let’s hope that Capcom will optimize the game’s scenes in order to avoid them. Crystal Dynamics showcased Tomb Raider at Microsoft’s E3 2012 Conference and you can watch below some brand new gameplay footage of it. As it’s pretty obvious, this is an Uncharted clone in every possible way. Apart from that though, this new Tomb Raider game comes with good combat mechanics, great physics effects (although at the end of the footage, the environmental physics are all over the place), destructible environments and vertical combat gameplay. Ubisoft has released the first gameplay demo of Splinter Cell: Blacklist. As we thought when we saw the first leaked screenshots, this is not the Splinter Cell we knew and fell in love with. This is more action oriented and does not resemble Chaos Theory, at all. Which it was to be expected to be honest. Still, although graphically it looks good, it looks generic and similar to all other third person shooters. Underwhelming footage? Damn straight right!
