New Darksiders 2 Screenshots

THQ has released some new screenshots for Darksiders 2. Darksiders 2 follows the exploits of DEATH, one of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse, in a weaving tale that runs parallel to the events in the original Darksiders game. This epic journey propels DEATH through various light and dark realms as he tries to redeem his brother WAR, the horseman who was blamed for prematurely starting the Apocalypse in Darksiders. GTA IV: Treacherous Intrigues is a new and interesting Machinima movie

YouTube’s member ‘kohen13’ has released an interesting machinima movie for GTA IV, called GTA IV: Treacherous Intrigues. Niko and Michelle leave on an adventure to find the cause of the chaos when strange bugs begin to threaten the existence of Liberty City and its residents. STALKER 2 won’t be released in 2012

STALKER fans are certainly pleased with the fact that STALKER 2 is still in development, however they won’t be able to enjoy this title in 2012. As GSC GameWorld revealed via their Twitter account, there is currently no release date for STALKER 2 and they are afraid that it won’t come out in 2012. World of Planes changes name, official website relaunched, beta starts in Q1 2012

Gaijin Entertainment, developer and publisher of the upcoming World of Planes action MMO, is happy to announce new details about the game. This project is expanding its horizons, along with its name. The action MMO is now called War Thunder: World of Planes. This name change is significant because the online multiplayer universe Gaijin is developing has evolved beyond pure aerial combat. EIDOS/Square Enix could be coming to Good Old Games this Thursday; hints for Deus Ex and Thief

Good Old Games has announced that a new publisher will be coming to it. Although it is not yet officially revealed who this new publisher will actually be, GoG has provided us with some hints about it. According to its announcement, two game characters from that publisher are now a standard in their genres and will grace their catalog on this Thursday. And from what we have gathered so far, it seems that the new publisher could very well be EIDOS / Square Enix. Classic MW2 map, HighRise, will return in Modern Warfare 3; hinted at the latest Call of Duty ELITE Trailer

I know, I know, the latest trailer for Call of Duty’s ELITE service is cheesy as hell. But we were surprised to find out that the classic MW2 map, Highrise, would return in a new map pack for Modern Warfare 3. Sad thing is that PC gamers will have to wait a little bit more as console gamers will be the first ones to get the new maps. In the following video, and at around 0:50, the Highrise map can be easily spotted, though it looks more like a mix between Highrise + Saffron City from Super Smash Bros. PC gamers, meet Cross of the Dutchman; an action adventure game that is slated for a Q2 2012 release

Dutch independent game development company Triangle Studios is preparing a new action adventure game, called Cross of the Dutchman. Cross of the Dutchman is currently slated for a Q2 2012 release on the PC and tells the legendary story of “Grutte” Pier Gerlofs Donia. The game is build on the Unity engine and the company has revealed today its teaser, that can be viewed bellow. Battlefield 3’s Daniel Matros clarifies: new stuff happening today, to be announced in a few weeks

Yesterday, we reported that some new stuff were hinted by Battlefield 3’s community manager, Daniel Matros. The way Daniel tweeted those new features, suggested that an announcement would be made yesterday. However, that’s not the case and Daniel decided to clarify his previous tweet. Therefore, DICE was indeed planning/creating some new stuff yesterday but they won’t be announced today or tomorrow.
