Just WOW. I’ve been following this mess with Anno 2070, but… you know… I thought that Ubi would sort it out. Shockingly, the company have given the ‘finger’ to Guru3D and pretty much every gaming site that wants to benchmark their title, stating that Anno 2070 is restricted to only 3 hardware changes and that there is no way to bypass this feature. Capcom has released some brand new screenshots for their upcoming mashup fighting game, Street Fighter x Tekken. In addition, and as promised, Capcom has also revealed some new characters for their game via two new trailers that can be viewed bellow. As always, the trailers are mind-blowing and show how talented – and clever – Capcom can actually be. In fact, all those cinematic trailers of SFxT make me wish for a proper anime series, based on this mashup. Man, that would be really cool. Electronic Arts today announced the beginning of an extensive and exclusive creative collaboration between Katy Perry, one of today’s biggest superstars, and The Sims, one of the most popular gaming series of all-time. In collaboration with Perry, the world-renowned The Sims Studio plans to develop multiple games within The Sims franchise featuring special Katy Perry themed in-game content and virtual goods. The relationship kicks off with a special Collector’s Edition for The Sims 3 Showtime, launching in March 2012. Elevator: Source is a mod for Garry’s Mod 10 and promises to be the world’s most ambitious elevator simulation game. Great news for all GTA IV fans as the final version of the iCEnhancer 2.0 mod for GTA IV is currently scheduled for a January 28th/29th release. Awesome news and we seriously can’t wait to see how the modders will further tweak Hayssam Keilany’s mod.
