The ‘Thief Mod’ for Doom 3 has just been updated; The Dark Mod v1.7 is now available

Great news for all those Thief fans out there as the team behind the astounding ‘Thief Mod’ for Doom 3 has just rolled out a new, massive update for it. The Dark Mod version 1.7 is now available and can be either downloaded from the tdm_update.exe file, or by visiting its ModDB Page. This new update comes with lots of features, such as: international language localization support for missions, translated HUD, GUI and Menus, vine Arrows, and new combat animations and sounds. World of Warcraft: Cataclysm patch 4.3 is finally here, and in order to celebrate its launch, Blizzard has released its official patch trailer. Patch 4.3: Hour of Twilight features something for everyone. From a new raid to unexplored dungeons to the latest story developments to shake the world of Azeroth, this content update introduces a new tier of armor sets, the legendary “Fangs of the Father” rogue quest line, Transmogrification for cosmetic armor and weapon customization, Void Storage as a handy long-term storage option, Raid Finder to make forming pick-up raids easier than ever, and much more. Okay guys, this is simply something I really had to share with you. Jon Kaplan and Al Kaplan released an amazing 8-Bit Opera song for Nintendo’s masterpiece, Super Mario Bros. This is a piece of art and needs to be listened. Of course it wouldn’t have the same – positive – impact if it weren’t accompanied by Super Marios’ video footage that goes hand in hand with the song itself. Trine 2 – 6th Beta Update Released

It’s a bit ironic. We’ve seen lots of PC games with minimal post-launch support – and two, one or none patches that would fix their bugs – and Frozenbyte has already released six patches for the beta version of their upcoming side-scrolling puzzle adventure platformer, Trine 2. And make no mistake, these are not some meaningless patches as they really enhance the overall gaming experience and fix or add crucial features. This is remarkable and shows how dedicated Frozenbyte is to this title. And from the looks of it, Trine 2 could be one of 2011’s sleeper hits. Today Ubisoft released new information and assets for the new Rainbow 6 title, Rainbow 6 Patriots. Team Rainbow faces a new and very real threat known as the “True Patriots,” a highly-trained, well-organized group of militias. The True Patriots are capitalizing on the growing sense of frustration and anger in a modern day America that they feel is irrevocably corrupted by greedy politicians and corporate special interests. Lead by a calculating figurehead named Tredway, this grassroots, homespun, terrorist organization will stop at nothing to overthrow the government and financial institutions to reclaim their country. Capturing the reality of modern-day terrorism, players will take on the role of a new Team Rainbow member as they face critical scenarios that will require them to make tough ethical decisions in order to stop this new breed of terrorists. Assassin’s Creed: Revelations PC will get a day-one patch

Ah you dirty greedy PC gamers. You’ve been constantly complaining about Ubisoft’s support when our beloved company is doing everything in their power to provide you with the best Assassin’s Creed experience. Yet you are still ‘bitching’. Curse you, curse you all. Jokes aside though, Ubisoft informed us about a day-one patch that will be released on December 2nd for the PC version of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. We should note that this patch is pretty much essential to all those interested in playing the game with Nvidia’s 3D Vision as it comes with lots of improvements and fixes.
