Take On Helicopters features an amazing anti-piracy protection system

As we said in our performance analysis, we love Bohemia. Yes, Take On Helicopters has some performance issues with modern-day hardware but this is a title for a niche market and a game that could have not been developed by – pretty much any – other triple-A studios. Yeap, that’s the magic of independent games. And we are really amazed with its protection system as it’s not as intrusive as Ubisoft’s awful attempts, yet it’s even more effective than the atrocious always-online DRM systems. Weekly Top 10 PC Charts; UK PC Retail and Steam Digital Charts [October 30th – November 5th]

So you thought that BF3 will be the best selling PC game for the following weeks, right? Well, guess again as Football Manager 2012 has managed to reclaim its throne. That’s right, SEGA’s soccer manager is at the top of the UK PC retail charts yet again. What really caught our attention though was the return of EIDOS’ Human Revolution, as it gained nine whole places. Damn, now that’s impressive. Blizzard’s MMO can also be spotted at the sixth place, proving that this massive MMORPG still has some life left in it. Take On Helicopters Performance Analysis

Let us say that we love indie developers and especially Bohemia Interactive. The ArmA series is one of the best military simulation series ever, although its graphics engine is a bit problematic and rough around its edges. So when we heard about Take on Helicopters, we were skeptical. You see, instead of using the brand-new  ArmA 3 engine, Take on Helicopters uses ArmA 2’s engine. And believe us, we tried. We really tried to enjoy Take on Helicopters but the game is currently plagued with performance issues and a – possibly – broken SLI profile. Therefore, if you own an SLI system, stay away from Take on Helicopters, for the time being. Why? Keep reading to find out. Continue reading Take On Helicopters Performance Analysis

Now this is just epic. YouTube user ‘birgirpall’ uploaded a new, hilarious video, of Battlefield 3. Each and every kill in this video is simply beyond words and shows how unpredictable BF3 can actually get. On the other hand, I bet that those who were killed in this video were not amuzed. Well, it’s what we say a ‘double-edged coin’. This will certainly make your day, so go ahead and watch it. Trust us, birgirpall has a great sense of humor.
