Just A Game released today a brand new trailer for their arcade racing game ‘Ignite’. This action-packed video will give you an impression of the innovative and fast-paced gameplay modes: Quick cut scenes, pimped-up cars and roaring engines are sure to get any Motorsports fan’s heart pumping. Anno 2070 – Official Online Trailer

Ubisoft released today a new, official online trailer for Blue Byte’s upcoming real-time strategy and simulation game, Anno 2070. Anno 2070 moves the Anno franchise into a new era, taking players into a world inspired by today’s challenges and tomorrow’s technologies. Anno 2070 takes place in a near-future environment where climate change has forced humanity to adapt to rising sea levels that have left stretches of once-fertile land completely inhospitable. Battlefield 3 PC Performance Analysis

Battlefield 3 is finally released, and it’s time to see how this highly anticipated FPS game performs with a modern-day PC. Contrary to other performance analyses, this – as pretty much every other in DSOGaming – is addressed to the average Joe, who does not have the latest and fastest GPU/CPU. Warner Bros and WaterTower Music announced today the November 1 release of The Lord of the Rings: War in the North that is composed by the award-winning composer, Inon Zur. The soundtrack will debut day and date with the Action RPG video game, The Lord of the Rings: War in the North. Miner Wars 2081 – Public Pre-Alpha Demo Released

Keen Software released today a demo build of their upcoming 6DOF space and base shooter, Miner Wars 2081. Miner Wars 2081 is played in an entirely destructible environment and will include single-player, co-op, and standard multi-player modes – with an MMOG in the works. The demo is 630MB in size and is based on the game’s latest build. The demo also sports the new rendering engine, as well as many other tweaks, including automatic turrets on motherships and numerous other cool stuff like 12 new playable ships (22 ships total). Battlefield 3 meets Minecraft in this mind-blowing crossover

I’m seriously amazed by what Minecraft’s community can recreate/reproduce these days. Yesterday, we posted MineWars, a mashup between Minecraft and Star Wars – in case you haven’t seen it yet, please do so. It’s really amazing – and here comes today a cross-over between Battlefield 3 and Minecraft. So, we’ll call it MineField and let me tell you that I’d actually pay to play such mods guys. And I bet that I’m not the only one willing to. Developers, take notes; this is one of the reasons we love mods and why PC games should feature them. The Secret World hits over 500,000 registered users

Funcom announced today that over half a million people have registered to participate in the ongoing beta testing of ‘The Secret World’, a game that will be published by Electronic Arts.
