And it’s official guys. Grand Theft Auto V is under development and Rockstar has just officially announced it. In addition, the company revealed the game’s logo at its official site, while GTA V’s first trailer will be unveiled in a few days, on November 2nd. Yesterday, we reported that Inversion is most probably coming to the PC. Good news, right? Well, get ready everyone as we have another big surprise for you. Other Ocean Interactive’s 2D action-adventure game, based on The War of the Worlds, is coming to our beloved platform. Yeap, it’s official. The War of the Worlds is coming to the PC. Battlefield 3 is the big star of these days and as we reported earlier today, Nvidia released some new drivers that are specifically optimized for it. Well, that’s what the green team states because in our testings we found out that these new drivers introduce two issues that might be related. To be more precise, the game suffers from major stuttering and corrupted shadows when they are set to the Ultra settings. Battlefield 3 has just been released in some countries, while the European release is officially slated to be unlocked on Friday 28th. Slightly Mad Studios released a new build for their community-based racing sim game, C.A.R.S. This new build also adds a new Ariel Atom car and Ross Siggers went ahead and captured some screenshots to showcase it. As always, the level of detail is extraordinary and keep in mind that this is the actual car you’re driving. If things go well, C.A.R.S. could pretty much be one of the most successful PC racing sim games. Let’s hope that Slightly Mad Studios will further tweak the game’s driving system model towards simulation. Enjoy! Juergen Vierheilig released a new trailer for the latest version of his mind-blowing Half-Life 2 graphical overhaul, Cinematic Mod. As always, this new trailer looks incredible, although some might not like the look of some new 3D models. Thankfully, Juergen used Alyx’s old model this time around – guess he got tired of all those complaining about it. Unfortunately, we don’t know when Cinematic Mod 11 will actually get released. Starflower Games has just released their latest indie platform game that is inspired by some classic platformers such as Super Metroid and Castlevania. The game is available via IndieVania and Desura and will cost you around 5 euros. In addition, the company released a demo for both PC and Mac, so those interested can give it a go first. Few days ago, we informed you about Dungeon Defenders’ 7.03 patch. Well, get ready everyone because Trendy Entertainment and Reverb Publishing released today the game’s next patch. Dungeon Defenders 7.04 fixes a potential losing-mission-unlock issue, assigns the console key from Tilde to F1 and increases maximum number of dropped items on the ground in missions. Wolfire Games released a new video in which David Rosen showcases the changes that have been made to Overgrowth latest alpha version. Overgrowth now features a better enemy AI and enemies can now investigate the sound noices. In addition, David fixed a lot of bugs that plagued Overgrowth, such as occasional crashes, the decals on detail-mapped objects that were not shown and a problem with false positive visiblity checks. EA SPORTS announced today that Rickie Fowler and Rory McIlroy have been selected by the fans to join Tiger Woods on the cover of Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 13 in North America and Europe, respectively. Their victories come on the heels of a three week voting contest that sparked debates amongst golf enthusiasts and campaigning by the world’s top golfers through their personal social media channels. During the final week of voting, Rickie Fowler defeated Bubba Watson by a final margin of 51% to 49% to win the American side of the bracket in the Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 13 Match Play cover vote, while Rory McIlroy defeated Luke Donald by a final margin of 54% to 46% to win the European side.
