As you can see, Doom3 is looking great and can even compete with modern-day games. Now imagine if someone could make a full Texture Pack and if Tessellation could be supported via OpenGL to add more details and better geometry to these levels and characters. Following today’s fan-made film, here are some juicy new information about S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2. During a Russian interview, GSC GameWorld’s Sergey Gregorovich revealed that S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will actually be a movie tie-in and that the movie’s budget is $3 million USD. He also revealed that 60 people work on the game and the game will use like 50% of the previous storylines. Sergey also hinted to a possible PS3 port, although nothing is certain right now.
