God of War: Ragnarok Update 7 Released, Full Patch Notes

Jetpack Interactive has released Title Update 7 for the PC version of God of War: Ragnarok, and shared its full patch notes. So, let’s see what this new update brings to the table.

Patch 7 fixes issues with volumetric fog looking blocky when playing in 21:9 or 32:9 aspect ratios. Moreover, it fixes an issue where the camera would drift when playing with mouse and alt-tabbing.

This latest update also fixes an issue where bindings using mouse scroll would get unset upon relaunching the game. Plus, it will fix an issue where the window location would not be saved upon subsequent launches when running in windowed mode.

Jetpack Interactive claims that this patch will improve performance on Intel ARC GPUs. For the NVIDIA and AMD GPU owners, this patch will bring a minor performance boost. The devs also stated that they have fixed a number of visual bugs such as the water at the bottom of Alfheim well not appearing properly.

God of War: Ragnarok was in a great state when it came out on PC. In fact, it was among the best Sony releases on Steam. The game came out on PC in September 2024. It currently has Very Positive reviews on Steam, and it did not use Denuvo. However, it does require a PSN account.

Like always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. Below you can also find its complete changelog.
