Hexworks has released patch 1.1.430 for its latest Souls-like game, Lords of the Fallen, packing over 80+ enhancements and optimisations. So, let’s take a closer look at them.
Title Update 1.1.430 fixes a bunch of collision problems. So, no more weird stuff where your character goes through walls or gets stuck. Now, you should have a smoother gaming experience.
This latest patch also optimizes characters and enemies by disabling irrelevant actions that were not needed in certain situations. In theory, this will further improve the game’s performance. Plus, it fixes a few crashing issues.
And guess what? The update doesn’t stop at fixing stuff – it’s got some AI tweaks too. Hexworks has tweaked and improved some boss fights. There are also a bunch of visual, multiplayer, and animation upgrades.
Lords of the Fallen came out on PC in October 2023 and performed quite well on PC from the get-go. Powered by Unreal Engine 5, Lords of the Fallen took advantage of both Nanite and Lumen. And although it required a high-end PC system on Ultra Settings, it could scale well on older GPUs. Since its launch, Hexworks has been heavily supporting it. The team has slightly improved optimization, and it has addressed a few game-breaking issues.
Like always, Steam will download this latest patch the next time you launch its client. Below you can also find its complete changelog.
