Capcom has just released a patch for the PC version of Monster Hunter Rise that resolves its save/launch issue. This issue prevented some players from playing/launching the game.
Going into more details, when some players were launching the full version of Monster Hunter Rise for the first time, the game was failing to complete a proper save and could not be started. Thus, PC Patch Ver.3.6.1.1 resolves this specific issue.
As Capcom noted, Monster Hunter Rise does not allow for matchmaking between different versions of the game.
This means that players who applied the patch will no longer be able to matchmake with players who haven’t applied the patch.
As always, Steam will download this new update the next time you launch its client.
Have fun!
