KRAFTON has released and detailed the latest update for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, Patch 33.2. According to the devs, this new update brings the excitement of Spring Fest 2025, fresh updates to Sanhok, and a brand-new Gunplay Labs feature.
Spring Fest returns with a new Greek Mythology theme. Spring Fest 2025 will offer players the Crafter Pass packed with progressive weapon skins, Chromas, and special crafting items inspired by iconic mythical creatures. Players will also be able to unlock a new custom lobby skin and more festive surprises throughout the event.
Regarding Sanhok, we got the Loot Truck Revival and the Recall System. Functioning much like before, there will be four Loot Trucks per match in Sanhok, spawning at designated locations shortly after the match begins. As for the Recall System, it has been adjusted for the map’s smaller size. As such, Recall fights will occur less frequently, offering a more balanced experience.
The latest Gunplay Labs feature is called Aim Punch Testing. This will allow players to test out changes to aim punch levels across different weapon types. Players will drop into a fast-paced combat environment with quicker Blue Zones and increased loot, designed to encourage more frequent encounters and intense battles.
Naturally, Patch 33.2 also comes with a number of bug fixes, tweaks, and improvements. For instance, it will improve some hitching and frame drop issues that occurred while players were moving in the Sanhok map. It also fixes collision, texture, performance, and some other general Sanhok, Karakin, and Vikendi issues.
Like always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. Below you can also find a new video for it. And, if you are interested in its full patch notes, you can view them here.
Have fun!
