Respawn has just released Title Update 6 for Star Wars Jedi Survivor. This new patch brings a number of bug fixes and tweaks. However, it does not pack any performance improvements or additional optimizations.
What this basically means is that Respawn won’t bother fixing or improving the game’s performance. Thus, there won’t be any fixes for its traversal stutters, and we won’t see any visual improvements to its Ray Tracing effects. We can also assume that Respawn won’t be adding support for DLSS 2 (though thankfully there is a mod that adds both DLSS 2 and DLSS 3).
As we’ve showcased, the only way you can get a silky smooth experience (without any traversal stutters at all) is by locking your framerate to 30fps on a high-end PC system. Naturally, this is out of the question for a lot of PC gamers. After all, we game on PC for high framerates and not for locking the framerate to 30fps.
Anyway, Steam and the EA App will download this update the next time you launch their clients. Below you can also find its complete changelog.
