Team Project Eclipse has released a new trailer for a brand new overhaul mod for Dark Souls 3, called Ominous Wish. This mod promises to bring tweaks and improvements to the game’s maps, textures, model modifications, scenery and lighting.
Unfortunately, there is currently no ETA on when this overhaul mod will come out. Nevertheless, the following video will give you an idea of what you can expect from it.
Speaking of Dark Souls 3, we also suggest checking out the following mods. Until Ominous Wish comes out, you can download Call Of the Abyss which adds new weapons, spells, items, and armors. Then we have Dark Souls Archthrones which is a Demon’s Souls-inspired mod. The Convergence also adds over 150 spells, new bosses, and dozens of weapons. Additionally, Dark Souls 3 Born From the Ashes aims to make the game even harder. For those looking for a less challenging experience, there is now an Easy Mod that you can download. Since these mods affect the gameplay of Dark Souls 3, we can assume that they won’t be compatible with Ominous Wish.
On the other hand, we have some mods that, in theory, should be compatible with Dark Souls 3: Ominous Wish. For instance, this 24GB HD Texture Pack improves the quality of all textures. Then there is this cool mod that allows you to play Dark Souls 3 in first-person mode. And let’s also not forget this mod that adds dynamic shadows to almost every object.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
