To the surprise of no one, SEGA revealed that Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth will be using the Denuvo anti-tamper tech on PC. SEGA has used Denuvo in pretty much all of its latest releases, and Infinite Wealth is no exception. And yes, for those wondering, Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name will also have Denuvo.
Now contrary to other publishers, SEGA has not removed Denuvo from its older titles. For instance, Sonic Frontiers, Judgment, Total War: Warhammer 3, and Persona 5 Royal still use it. Hell, even Yakuza: Like a Dragon, a game that came out in 2020, still has it.
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth brings two larger-than-life heroes together. These two legends are Ichiban Kasuga, an unstoppable underdog who’s no stranger to crawling up from rock bottom, and Kazuma Kiryu, a broken man facing down his last days.
Players will experience one-of-a-kind combat with dynamic, fast-paced RPG battles. Players will have to adapt their party’s skills to the situation with outlandish jobs and customizations to strategically subdue enemies with over-the-top moves.
SEGA will release Life a Dragon: Infinite Wealth on January 26th, 2024. Below you can also find a new video that showcases 20 minutes of new gameplay footage from it.
Enjoy!
