The Witcher 3 Reputation System Mod

This mod restores the reputation system that CD Projekt RED cut from The Witcher 3

The Witcher 3 fans, here is something special for you. Modder ‘Freak’ has released a must-have mod which restores the reputation system that CD Projekt RED cut from them. As such, Geralt’s choices and behaviors will correspond to his reputation points in different regions.

This is an amazing mod that we highly recommend downloading. After all, it will greatly enhance the way you play the game. Just make sure to use it in your second or third playthrough.

Going into more details, the mod adds five reputation levels in total. These are Hated, Disliked, Neutral, Liked, and Respected. Each level corresponds to Geralt’s reputation points range in the region. Naturally, the initial reputation points in each region will always be 50, which is Neutral.

With this mod, the different results of some quests based on Geralt’s choices will affect Geralt’s reputation in the region, gaining or losing. Some of the major quests will have an even bigger influence.

And that’s not all. You can gain reputation points by winning Fist Fights or Boat/Horse Races. You can also gain points by finishing some of the POI events, or by completing the Monster Hunt contracts. On the other hand, if you steal or make offensive moves in front of the guards, you will lose reputation points. And, if you murder them, things will get a lot worse.

The Reputation System Mod is compatible with the latest Next-Gen version of The Witcher 3. So, if you are interested in it, you can go ahead and download it from this link.

Speaking of The Witcher 3 Next-Gen, you may also want to take a look at these other mods for it. For instance, you can download a really cool first-person mod. Furthermore, the Characters Reworked Project improves the quality of over 100 characters. Let’s also not forget this mod that lets you kill most in-game NPCs. Earlier this month, we also shared mods that restored the boat races and added 15 new quests.

In December 2023, we shared this mod that restores content that was cut from all previous The Witcher games. Then we have the Witcher 3 Next-Gen Combat Redux Mod. In January 2024, we shared a must-have gameplay overhaul mod. And then, in February 2024, we shared a mod that attempted to remove the fake “hero” light from the game’s cut-scenes. There is also this mod that allows you to explore a part of the world from the first The Witcher game in TW3. Oh, and don’t forget this mod that allows you to ride a Griffin.

We also have some mods for those playing with Ray Tracing. The RTX Mirrors Mod adds proper reflections to the game’s mirrors. Then we have this mod that improves the fire effects via Ray Tracing Global Illumination. And finally, this mod fixes the Ray Tracing bleach issues.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
