Valve News Network has shared a new video, showing nine new screenshots for Half-Life: Alyx. These new screenshots showcase some of the game’s environments, as well as its high quality materials/assets.
According to Valve News Network, these screenshots were captured by someone that already has access to the game, and not by Valve itself. Thankfully, though, these screenshots does not contain any spoilers.
Half-Life: Alyx is set in the 20 year time gap between Half-Life and Half-Life 2. The game will be also using Source 2 Engine and will feature a single-player, story-driven linear FPS campaign. Furthermore, Half-Life: Alyx will be heavily utilizing physics and will include a physical player body.
Half-Life: Alyx is a VR game and will work with all VR headsets. The game is coming to the PC in March 2020, and Valve does not plan to release any non-VR version.
Enjoy!
