NVIDIA and Bluehole have revealed the first WIP screenshots for the new island that will be coming to PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. This map will be 4x4km, meaning that it will be a much smaller map and should give players all a much more intense and faster paced Battle Royale experience.
As Bluehole noted, this map will offer a higher player density and shorter matches. The team plans to make this map available to the test branch next month as it wants to get it into players’ hands early this time around so it can use their input to make it a great experience for everyone.
As we’ve already said, these are WIP screenshots, meaning that the final map will look better than what is being showcased here.
Enjoy!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
