Microsoft has released a new set of breathtaking screenshots for Microsoft Flight Simulator. These screenshots showcase some of the game’s special graphics effects, like the Bokeh Depth of Field and Volumetric Clouds.
Now while the game does not currently support Ray Tracing, it does feature some cool reflection effects. Moreover, these screenshots show some gorgeous environments, as well as some of the planes that players can fly.
Microsoft Flight Simulator looks absolutely gorgeous, even though it’s still in an alpha stage. However, and as we’ve already reported, this game will need a high-end PC system in order to be fully enjoyed.
Kudos to SimTom112, RentalCanoe6839, OperatorLand468, TheFlightSimGuy, Player058611765, CaptainOver57, SuddeN2018, tomlaut1980, FlakeyHawk4000 and SoapyDiamond333 for capturing these screenshots.
Enjoy!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
