Bethesda has released some new screenshots for the VR version of DOOM, DOOM VFR, and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. Both DOOM VFR and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus are powered by the id Tech 6 Engine, and both are planned for a 2017 release.
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus will be sending players on a mission to recruit the boldest Resistance leaders left. Players will fight back against the Nazis in iconic locations such as small-town Roswell, New Mexico, the flooded streets of New Orleans, and a post-nuclear Manhattan.
Players will be able to equip themselves with an arsenal of guns, and unleash new abilities to blast their way through legions of advanced Nazi soldiers, cyborgs, and uber soldiers in this new first-person shooter.
On the other hand, DOOM VFR promises to bring the fast-paced, brutal gameplay fans of the series love to virtual reality. Players will immerse themselves in the UAC facility on Mars and the depths of Hell, as their skills are put to the test through intense combat and challenging puzzle-solving.
Players will take the role of a cybernetic survivor who is activated by the UAC to fight the demon invasion, maintain order, and prevent catastrophic failure at the Mars facility.
Enjoy!
