AMD has officially released its 3rd generation Ryzen CPUs. From today, PC gamers can purchase the AMD Ryzen 5 3600, Ryzen 5 3600X, Ryzen 7 3700X, Ryzen 7 3800X and Ryzen 9 3900X desktop processors. AMD also introduced a new X570 chipset for socket AM4, supporting the world’s first PCIe 4.0 readiness, which exhibited 42% faster storage performance than PCIe 3.09, enabling high-performance graphics card, networking devices, NVMe drives, and more. First gaming benchmarks leaked for AMD Ryzen 3900X, faster than i9 9900K in heavily multi-threaded games

The first gaming benchmarks for the AMD Ryzen 3900X (as well as the 3700X) have been leaked online. These benchies originate from PCGamesHardware and according to the German website, AMD’s brand new CPU is faster than the Intel Core i9 9900K under heavily multi-threaded games. AMD is officially lowering the prices of its NAVI GPUs in order to rival NVIDIA’s SUPER GPUs

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again; competition is great for consumers. Recently, NVIDIA revealed its new SUPER GPUs that appeared to be more powerful than AMD’s upcoming GPUs. And while AMD’s new NAVI GPUs, the AMD Radeon RX 5700XT and Radeon 5700, have not been released yet, the red team has officially announced that it will be cutting their prices. Report: Intel will slash the prices of its desktop CPUs by up to 15% in order to rival AMD’s Zen2 CPUs

DigiTimes has reported that Intel is planning to cut the prices of its 8th and 9th generation desktop CPUs by 10-15%. Not only that, but it appears that Intel has already notified its downstream PC and motherboard partners about these upcoming cut prices.
