AMD has released a new major driver for its graphics cards, the AMD Radeon Adrenalin 2019 Edition 18.12.2 driver. AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.11.2 is now available, optimized for Battlefield 5

AMD has released a brand new driver for its graphics cards. According to the release notes, this driver adds support for Battlefield 5. Unfortunately, AMD did not provide any percentage improvements over the AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.11.1 (which was also listed as a driver that was optimized for DICE’s shooter). First official gaming benchmarks and specifications for AMD Radeon RX 590

AMD has revealed the official specifications and the first gaming benchmarks for its upcoming AMD Radeon RX590. According to the red team, the AMD Radeon RX 590 will feature 2304 Stream Processors, will be clocked at 1469Mhz and will be turbo-boosted at 1545Mhz, will come with 8GB of VRAM and will be priced at $279 MSRP. AMD chief Lisa Su confirms new high-end GPU; “we will be competitive in high-end graphics”

It’s no secret that NVIDIA has been dominating the high-end GPU market these past months. While AMD Radeon Vega 64 was a pretty good GPU, it was nowhere close to the GeForce GTX1080Ti. As such, NVIDIA was basically rivalling itself when it released the new RTX2080Ti and RTX2080 graphics cards. However, it appears that AMD will return to the high-end GPU market with a new graphics card.
