A few days ago, we reported that the US version of Batman: Arkham City would be delayed. Some PC gamers didn’t really care as the European version was still on track for the November 18th release. Moreover, all those living in ‘the land of the free’ would definitely use some proxy servers to unlock their game as soon as the European version was out. Well, bad news for everyone as Steam has informed us that the European version of Rocksteady’s highly anticipated action adventure game, Batman: Arkham City, is also delayed to November 25th. I seriously don’t know whether or not this bad news. Batman fans – and especially those located in US – will have to wait a little longer, as Steam has moved the game’s European and US release date to November 25th and November 18th, respectively. Warner Bros and DC Entertainment announced that the highly anticipated Nightwing Bundle Pack is available todayon Xbox LIVE Marketplace for 560 Microsoft Points and PlayStation Network for £5.49. Nightwing comes complete with his own unique gadgets and special moves, and is playable in all challenge maps in the game, as well as two additional challenge maps that are included with the pack: Wayne Manor and Main Hall. Warner Bros and DC Entertainment have released a new Batman: Arkham City trailer showcasing content from the upcoming Nightwing Bundle Pack, which will be available beginning November 1 on Xbox LIVE Marketplace and November 2 on PlaySation Network. Featuring the intense melee skills of Nightwing, a.k.a Dick Grayson, the trailer showcases the character’s punishing arsenal of fighting moves that can be used against Arkham City’s hardened thugs. Nvidia has just uploaded a video that demonstrates the difference between the PhysX and the non-PhysX version of Batman: Arkham City PC. All those PhysX effects definitely add points to the game’s atmosphere so there is no reason to get upset for its delay, as it seems that it might be worth the wait. There is word that all those PhysX effects will be able to run on the CPU too, but nothing is really certain at this point. Now here is something interesting. Batman: Arkham City is currently available for pre-order on Steam and the game’s Steam page includes its minimum system requirements. There was a lot of confusion about Batman: Arkham City’s PC release date. Although Warner Bros had stated that the game would be delayed till November, we didn’t know the exact day that the game would be released. Sure there were rumors that the game would hit the PC the same day with Skyrim – meaning on November 11th – but that’s not the case, as Warner Bros has just revealed that the PC version will hit our beloved platform on November 18th. Warner Bros has just released ten launch screenshots and a trailer for Batman: Arkham City. Batman: Arkham City will be available nationwide Friday 21st October on consoles and this launch trailer features some of Gotham’s greatest villains. Call us unimpressed but the X360 version of Batman: Arkham City has just been leaked. This happens to pretty much every game but this leak has been made almost a week before its official release, as the game will be made available on October 18th. This very same thing happened to iD Software’s RAGE but contrary to that leak, we have now a proper XGD3 leak from the retail version.
