‘Only In Battlefield’ Video Entry Pays Tribute To The Rumored Dinosaur DLC

There were a lot of rumors for a Battlefield 3 Dino DLC when the game was released. Battlefield fans kept dreaming for the moment they could fight a T-Rex, as there were some things hinting at such a DLC. Of course and we are talking about the dino easter eggs, as well as some custom wallpapers that were made by the developers themselves. Unfortunately though, here we are today without any Dino DLC in our hands. Battlefield 3: Armored Kill – Launch Trailer

Electronic Arts has released the launch trailer of Battlefield 3: Armored Kill. This trailer features never before seen gameplay from all four maps in Armored Kill — from the beautiful snow-capped Alborz Mountains to the biggest map in Battlefield history, Bandar Desert. Armored Kill features four new maps, six new vehicles with 20 unlocks, the new Tank Superiority game mode, and more. Armored Kill is available two weeks early for Premium members, starting today for PS3 players, and will come to PC and X360 on September 11th (for Premium members). Enjoy! Battlefield 3 – September Patch Detailed, Arrives On September 4th

DICE has revealed the changelog of Battlefield 3’s September Patch. This update will go live on September 4th and will be auto-downloaded next time you start the Origin client. In case you have not enabled automatic updates, you will be notified from the Game Manager that a new update is available. Battlefield 3: Armored Kill – Alborz Mountain Flythrough Video & Screenshots

DICE and Electronic Arts have released a flythrough video from Battlefield 3’s Armored Kill Alborz Mountain map. This video highlights the team’s work on increasing the terrain fidelity in the game and showcases some amazing visuals that are powered by Frostbite 2 engine. In addition, the developer has released some screenshots of this map that can be viewed below. Battlefield 3: Armored Kill DLC Coming On September 25th

Electronic Arts has announced that Battlefield 3: Armored Kill DLC will be coming to the PC on September 25th. Naturally, Battlefield 3 Premium owners will get this DLC earlier, as it will be available to them on September 11th. And as always, PS3 gamers will be able to enjoy this upcoming DLC a week earlier from all other gamers. EA/DICE have mysteriously removed Back To Karkand from Battlefield’s Premium Bonus Content Section

Now here is something interesting. As you may already know, Back To Karkand (and all upcoming DLCs for Battlefield 3) was included in Battlefield Premium. This expansion pack was under the Bonus content category, however, the expansion is nowhere to be found after the latest update of Battlelog. Unfortunately we weren’t quick enough to notice it, but thankfully, Guru3D’s member ‘iako’ has captured some screenshots from Battlelog before and after its update. DICE has entered the Dark Side – Lied to gamers about Battlefield 3’s Mod Tools

Remember back in July 2011, when DICE claimed that Frostbite 2 was too complex and that was the reason why they did not release mod tools for Battlefield 3? Well, they were lying. We knew back then that there was something fishy but our guess was that DICE decided to lock Battlefield 3, because the release of those mod tools would ruin their DLC plans. We were partially right, as the company had planned BF3’s DLCs long before the game’s launch. However, it seems that there was and another reason that forced DICE to lie when it came to the game’s modding tools. Electronic Arts has released a new set of breathtaking screenshots for Battlefield 3’s upcoming DLC, Armored Kill. The company has also revealed Battlefield 3 Premium Edition. This all-encompassing offer combines the original Battlefield 3 game, all Battlefield 3 Premium content including five themed digital expansion packs, and a Battlefield 3 Multiplayer Head-Start Kit that is custom-designed to help jump start players who are new to multiplayer by automatically unlocking 15 different weapons, gadgets and vehicle upgrades. New ‘Medal of Honor: Warfighter’ and ‘Battlefield 3’ Trailers Coming Tomorrow

Gamescom is about to start and as you’d expect, both DICE and Danger Close Games announced some new trailers for Battlefield 3 and Medal of Honor: Warfighter. The new trailers were revealed on the FB pages of both MoH and BF3. According to MoH’s event, a new gameplay trailer showing off the Fire Team mechanics of Warfighter will be made available on August 14th. Battlefield 3: Armored Kill – Two New Screenshots Unveiled

Electronic Arts has unveiled two new screenshots from Armored Kill, the new expansion of Battlefield 3 that is scheduled for release this September. Battlefield 3: Armored Kill will feature a host of exclusive in-game content, new vehicles, assignments, as well as the biggest Battlefield map, called Bandar Desert. Bandar Desert is stretching as far as 1,900 meters from U.S. to Russian deployment, not counting the airstrip at the very end of the ground forces combat area. Enjoy the screenshots after the jump!
