It looks like Bioware is working on another Mass Effect under Michael Gamble, who is a project director at Bioware. The game is in very early development, as Bioware is already working on the Dragon Age 4 and the recently announced overhauled Anthem.

Bioware teases Dragon Age 4 reveal for December 4th [UPDATE]
Bioware has teased a possible official reveal for Dragon Age 4. Although the team did not reveal any specific details, it tweeted that it will join the Dragon Age community party on December 4th. Anthem Update 1.5.0 available for download, brings New Season of Skulls Freeplay events, full patch notes
Bioware has released a brand new update for Anthem. According to the release notes, update 1.5.0 fixes various crashes for stabilization, and improves aim assist. Moreover, javelins now automatically go into hover mode instead of crashing to the ground when flying into obstacles. Bioware is currently working on new several other super-secret big projects
In a new blog update, Bioware’s Casey Hudson confirmed that the team is working on several unannounced big projects. While Hudson was unable to give any additional details, he did hint at Dragon Age 4 progressing well. The game is currently in pre-production stage with the Bioware Edmonton team working on it.
