Games should allow you to spectate them from the viewpoint of an NPC

A new cool video from Black Myth: Wukong surfaced yesterday. This video shows the first battle of the game from the viewpoint of an enemy warrior NPC. The video reminded me of an older video, in which you can see a match in Tekken 8 from the viewpoint of an NPC. Black Myth: Wukong Mods let you disable the oversharpening and enable UE5’s Virtual Shadow Maps

A lot of players were disappointed (or should I say annoyed) by the oversharpened image of Black Myth: Wukong. Not only that but as I’ve already said, the game’s non-RT shadows look awful. Black Myth: Wukong sets new records on Steam with over 2.2 million concurrent players, surpassing Cyberpunk 2077, DOTA 2, Counter-Strike 2 and Palworld

And the hype is real. Black Myth: Wukong came out a few hours ago and in less than 24 hours, it managed to hit 2.2 million concurrent players. This is, right now, the most successful single-player game on Steam. It’s also the second game with the most concurrent players in the history of Steam, only surpassed by PUBG.
