Criterion’s boss, Alex Ward, revealed that Burnout Crash! started as a Wii game in which players could “drew the road” with the Wii remote. The company however was not satisfied with the end result as it turned out to be boring. As a result of that, Criterion decided to scrap the project. Criterion Games announced today Burnout CRASH! The next instalment in the internationally acclaimed Burnout series will explode onto Xbox LIVE Arcade and PlayStation Network in Fall 2011.
