City State Entertainment announced that its crowdfunding campaign for Camelot Unchained (working title) has reached its target of $2 million. The TriRealm RvR-focused MMORPG will now receive $3 million in additional funding, including $2 million from studio co-founder and online game industry pioneer Mark Jacobs. City State Entertainment has released a new video for its upcoming crowdfunding game, Camelot Unchained, showcasing what its engine is capable of. Although this is early footage, the engine is capable of pushing 500 characters on-screen, while not facing any performance issues at all. City State Entertainment promised to further polish the visuals and animations, as well as add more environmental detail.
