Resident Evil: First Hour is a re-imagined prequel to Resident Evil 2, and follows Leon Kennedy as he and two other police officers find themselves trapped on a farm outside Raccoon City, fighting for their lives against an undead horde. Capcom released today a new trailer that shows some of the improvements that will be featured in the 2012 version of Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition. Capcom did some balance changes and what is more importantly is that this 2012 version will be made available for free to all SSF4:AE users. This free balance patch arrives on 360/PS3 on December 13. As always, PC gamers will have to wait a bit longer as the balance patch will be made available to them at a later date. Enjoy! Fresh from the academy, Leon Kennedy turns up in Raccoon City only to make his first mistake and turn up at the wrong station. Unperturbed he makes a routine call to a farm outside Raccoon with his fellow officers, only to find something more horrific than he could ever imagine. As promised, Origin is extending its catalogue with third-party games and it’s time now for Capcom to jump on the ‘Origin-wagon’. Capcom announced that they will be releasing a small patch for Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition on the PC in the next few weeks. This patch will be fixing a bug that affects some of the various lighting effects on characters and the company is currently locking down a release date for this patch. Capcom has just shown Biohazard’s 6 teaser trailer and like always, someone managed to capture it via a camera. In case you were unaware, Biohazard is the japanese name of Resident Evil and this teaser trailer doesn’t show much. Bio-Organic weapons have taken over and everything is going to hell. We are really shocked with what the community can find and fix. We are big fans of SSF4: AE and it didn’t really cross our minds that some lighting effects were missing till someone pointed it out at Capcom’s official forum. Apparently, Capcom made a “mistake” while porting SSF4: AE to the PC as these lighting effects are present in SF4 and in the console versions of SSF4: AE. So, DarkSamus – the one who found out this bug – went ahead and offered a fix that can be downloaded from here. We know that many of you hate Capcom for changing the looks of Dante but be sure to check out the first gameplay trailer of Devil May Cry 5 that was released today. The game seems to stay true to its routes with some new cool moves and combos. This is definitely a Devil May Cry game so it will be interesting to see how the storyline unfolds and whether Capcom will be able to explain Dante’s change – who knows, you might be playing Dante in an alternative universe or something.
