EVE: Valkyrie Announced, Coming In 2014, First Screenshots & Trailer

CCP Games today announced it has begun development of EVE: Valkyrie, a multiplayer spaceship dogfighting shooter set in the EVE Universe. The game uses virtual reality to give players the sense of being a real pilot in an EVE Online spaceship and will be released in 2014.

EVE Online Celebrates Its Tenth Anniversary

CCP Games today celebrated the 10th anniversary of the launch of EVE Online, its sci-fi online game with over 500,000 subscribers worldwide. Launched on May 6, 2003, EVE Online marked its anniversary in style with an enormous in-game celebration that led to a new peak concurrent user (PCU) record for the game of over 65,000 players connected to the same server. EVE Online: Inferno (Free Expansion) Launches on May 22th

CCP Games have unveiled that the 17th free expansion for its award-winning game EVE Online, called Inferno, will be launched on May 22nd. More than any other expansion in EVE’s history, Inferno aims to shake up all levels of warfare in the over 7,500 solar systems in EVE’s massive universe. Overhauls of major war-related game systems will affect player-driven conflict and the first set of many new ship modules to come promise to alter tactics at the most visceral levels. CCP Games have released an amazing DX11 video for EVE: Online. This video demonstrates DirectX 11 Tessellation and PhysX fragmentation technologies from Nvidia using art assets from EVE Online. World of Darkness MMO – First in-game footage from this vampire MMO game

CCP Games, the masterminds behind EVE Online, have unveiled the first in-game footage of their upcoming vampire MMO game, World of Darkness. The footage was revealed at this year’s EVE fanfest and looks amazing, although I have to say that I’m a bit worried about it. You see, whenever I see some promising teasers I get excited and I shouldn’t because that excitement might backfire in the future. Nonetheless, World of Darkness looks interesting, will be based on the same pen and paper RPG ruleset system of Vampire: Masquerade, has a talented team behind it, and will feature hand to hand combat. EVE Online: CRUCIBLE Expansion Update 1.2 is now available; new trailer released

CCP Games has announced that EVE Online: CRUCIBLE Expansion Update 1.2 is right now available. EVE Online: CRUCIBLE pumps the bellows, turning up the heat on the space combat experience in EVE Online. In the factional shipyards, new ships have been forged to expand the reach of war and evolve the tactics of space engagement while existing vessels have been reimagined, bringing greater balance and diversity to large and small scale conflicts. EVE Online: Crucible Expansion Released

CCP launched yesterday its Winter expansion, EVE Online: Crucible.
