A couple of hours ago, we informed you about some new details that were unveiled by EDGE magazine. And now we are happy to bring you the first DX11 screenshots of The Witcher 3. Even though EDGE was shown The Witcher 3 in motion via its DX9 API, it has included the first DX11 images on its pages. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – New Details Emerge From EDGE’s Cover + New Images

EDGE magazine had an extensive cover for CD Projekt RED’s third part in the The Witcher series, in which it revealed some new information about it. According to the magazine, CD Projekt RED aims for a 30fps experience on consoles, and will include a ‘Witcher sense’ that will be similar to Batman’s detective mode. Well, it appears that those tools were unofficially released back then, and CD Projekt RED disabled the downloads in the blink of an eye. The Witcher 2 REDkit – First Closed Beta Screenshots Unveiled

CD Projekt RED has unveiled the first screenshots from the mods that are currently being made via REDKit for The Witcher 2. REDkit is a set of tools for modders which will allow any player to create their own content for the PC version of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, such as new, non-linear adventures, great looking locations and much more. These first screenshots look visually great, though those rocks (third image) looks a little bit unpolished. Still, these modded images look way better than a lot of other triple-A games, and we can’t wait to see what other modders will bring to the table. Enjoy! Great news for all The Witcher fans as CDPR confirmed that the third and last part of Geralt’s adventures will be a single player game only, and that the company does not intend to add any kind of multiplayer modes at all. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – New Screenshots Unveiled

CD Projekt RED has revealed some new screenshots for the third part of the ‘The Witcher’ series. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be powered by the REDengine 3 gane engine, and is planned for release on PC, PS4 and the next Xbox. The game is scheduled for a 2014 release, and our guess is that these screenshots are still with the old renderer (CDPR is currently working on a DX11 renderer that will be way better than what REDengine 2’s renderer is cabable of). The Witcher 3 – DRM-Free, Combat Improved, Post-Launch Support Similar To The Witcher 2

Kotaku has unveiled some new and interesting information about the third part of the ‘The Witcher’ series. According to CD Projekt RED’s lead gameplay designer Maciej Szczesnik, head of marketing Michal Platkow-Gilewski, and CD Projekt Red Managing Director Adam Badowski, The Witcher 3 will be DRM-free, will feature an improved combat system, will be packed with a new animation system, and will be supported as much as The Witcher 2 was.
