Codemasters today announced that a demo for F1 2012 will launch this week ahead of the full game’s launch on 21st September for X360, PS3 and PC. Codemasters has released a new set of screenshots from its cockpit-less racing game, GRID 2. GRID 2 promises to challenge players to be fast, be first and be famous as they enter a stunning new world of competitive motorsport. Codemasters today released a new developer diary – and a new set of screenshots – for F1 2012, the next game in the award-winning series which will launch in the UK on September 21st for X360, PS3 and PC. I tell you, this is a bad start for a new racing game. A couple of hours ago we informed you about Codemasters’ upcoming sequel to GRID. Awesome news, right? Codemasters and Namco Bandai announced today that both F1 2012 and F1 RACE STARS will be playable at GamesCom 2012 in Cologne, Germany from August 15th to 19th. Codemasters has released a teaser trailer for – what looks like – a sequel to Grid. It’s been almost four years since the last Grid title, so we are interested to see what Codemasters has in store for us. Grid got birth from the team that was behind the Toca series. Race Driver: Grid (also known as Grid) was the latest installment in the Toca Touring Car series, a series that evolved to something completely new (as the initial Toca games were classic racing games with circuits).
