Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare – All Ghillied Up Map Recreated In CRYENGINE

Crydev member ‘PianoPolish’ has recreated Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare’s All Ghillied Up map in CRYENGINE, giving us a glimpse of what a modern version of that map would look like. PianoPolish has managed to stay close to the original material, so kudos to him. We strongly believe, however, that PianoPolish should add more vegetation as the map feels somewhat ’empty’ in its current form. Good news is that this is still in early stage, so it will hopefully get even better. Enjoy! Continue reading Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare – All Ghillied Up Map Recreated In CRYENGINE

This Is What Metro: Last Light Could Look Like In CRYENGINE – #Part 2

CRYENGINE modder ‘carlos333′ has finished his map that is inspired by 4A GAmes’ Metro: Last Light, and you can find below the last batch of screenshots from it. Although the modder called this project is done, we can still notice some ‘graphical’ anomalies. For instance, ambient occlusion has not been used, giving a flat look. Textures could also benefit from some SweetFX sharpening love as they look low-res. Nitpicks, we know, but these little details could improve the IQ of this map. Enjoy!
