Back in November, the guys over 1080PixelGaming have released a mind-blowing Battlefield 3 video where they flipped a tank onto the roof of a building. It looked great, and the team is back with a punch, with a new video that puts that previous tank flipping clip to shame. DICE has released a new server and a new client update for the PC version of Battlefield 3. The client patch is similar to the one that was released for consoles, last week. The server patch, on the other hand, includes the ability to tailor Gun Master mode to your liking as it adds 5 new weapon lists to it. You can view its complete changelog below. DICE and Electronic Arts have released the launch trailer of Aftermath. In Battlefield 3: Aftermath, players fight for supremacy amongst shattered streets and buildings across four earthquake ravaged maps. This launch trailer features footage from all four maps and features the new crossbow, vehicles, and the new Scavenger game mode where players armed only with a pistol must search the environment for more powerful weapons. DICE and Electronic Arts have revealed the changelog for the latest update of Battlefield 3 that will go live today on consoles, and in the next few days on the PC. According to the release notes, DICE has addressed the audio stability and input lag issues of the PS3 version, re-balanced a number of weapons, fixed various bugs and some collision issues. Okay everyone, this is the most impressive kill we’ve ever seen in Battlefield 3. YouTube’s member ‘t4ct1x1’ (with the help of ObnoxiousBrony, No_Other_xD, AkaXBubba and Nightwing) has managed to destroy the AC-130 plane in the most stylish way. These guys used an ATV and some C4 explosives. Oh, and get this; this kill was done with the PS3 version of Battlefield 3. Well done guys, well done! Okay Battlefield fans, time for some rumors about the fourth part of this acclaimed series. ChipHell‘s member ‘Archangel’ has shared some new details about DICE’s upcoming FPS title, details that are said to be coming straight from EA’s chinese team that participated in an internal Battlefield 4 conference. During that conference, the alpha version of Battlefield 4 was showcased and according to the American employees of the chinese department, Battlefield 4 is powered by Frostbite 2 and will stress this engine at 80% (it was said that Battlefield 3 pushed only 30-40% of what the engine is capable of).
