SEGA in collaboration with Disney Interactive today announced the upcoming digital release of Castle of Illusion featuring Mickey Mouse, a complete re-imagining of the iconic Mega Drive/Genesis side-scrolling adventure first released in 1990. KOTOR 2 is considered one of the best Star Wars RPG games. It’s also considered as one of the buggiest games of all time (although Vampires: The Masquerade had even more bugs in our opinion). Still – and after the restoration mod for it – a lot of gamers want to see another Star Wars RPG, developed by the Obsidian team. Or at least that’s the vibe we get. Man, this sucks. Remember when we were the first ones to inform you about the PC version of Epic Mickey 2? Well, sadly everyone, we’ve got some bad news for you. Amazon started sending emails to all those who pre-order the game, claiming that they got word that the PC version is officially cancelled, an information that came straight from Disney itself (according to Amazon at least). Gamespy has revealed that the PC version of Epic Mickey 2 has been delayed to January 2013. According to the spies, no specific reason was given for the delay. Obviously, Disney had trouble creating a game for so many platforms, and the PC version was the one that got pushed back. Well, let’s hope that the port will be at least good. Disney has released a new set of screenshots for Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two. As the press release reads, the “Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two” video game returns Mickey Mouse and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit to Wasteland, an alternate world filled with more than 80 years of forgotten Disney characters and theme park attractions. The game is planned for release on PC and Mac, though Disney has not unveiled the exact release date yet for these two versions. Enjoy! As we informed you a couple of days ago, Epic Mickey 2 would be coming to the PC. We knew it, we told you, you didn’t believe us. Well, time now to let developer Junction Point share their thoughts and guess what. The game will be launched on PC and Mac. The same information that was shared in the Paris event was shared and today at a preview London event. Yeap, this is as official as it can get as Warren Spector himself revealed those versions. Okay guys, this is not a joke. Epic Mickey 2 is coming to the PC. Yeap, we are not joking and that was revealed in the Paris conference that took place today, by both Disney and Junction Point Studios. In that very same conference, it was confirmed that the title will hit streets on September 26th in Europe for Wii, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. We don’t know whether the PC version will be delayed or not. Hopefully we’ll get an official announcement about the PC version in the coming days, so stay tuned for more. Disney released seven new screenshots and a trailer for their upcoming MMO game, Disney Universe. These latest screenshots showcase a new game character who is no other than Wall-E. In Disney Universe, players will embark on adventures to power up their hero, battle powerful adversaries and master challenging puzzles to save the universe. Split/Second was one hell of an arcade racing game but it wasn’t enough to save Black Rock Studios that was behind its wheel. According to Eurogamer, Disney will indeed close the studio, as they didn’t greenlit Black Rock Studios’ latest project. And as a result of that, Roundcube Entertainment was formed and is led by Split/Second director Nick Baynes and Ian Monaghan.
