In its current form, this engine will be ideal for Donkey Kong Country levels, as Cristian will add all of Donkey Kong Country’s characters, enemies, items, textures, acs, and decoration details. Great news for all Doom fans as ‘Sergeant_Mark_IV’ has released the 0.17 version of his amazing mod for id Software’s classic FPS title. This new version of Brutal Doom features alternative fatalities for some monsters such as Arachnotron and Archvile, a fatality that can be performed against the Mastermind, more monster vs. monster fatalities, new difficulty settings and many mutators. Doom and Minecraft fans, this is for you. Reddit’s user ‘eohylanmay’ has recreated the first level of Doom in Minecraft. The map looks really cool, though eohylanmay decided to use Minecraft’s textures instead of those from id Software’s classic FPS title. The result is quite astonishing, although it’s not as perfect as an older map that was revealed a couple of months ago. For that, we decided to include below both of those maps. Enjoy! Now this is brilliant. YouTube’s member ‘jettan’ was recording some gameplay footage of Battlefield 3 when suddenly the game glitched and his weapons got vanished. Jettan then came up with the idea of replacing the missing weapons with the ones from Doom and that’s how this video came to fruition. DoomField 3 looks ridiculously amazing and jettan has even included a face icon, similar to the one found in Doom. Enjoy!
