Dying Light – Patch 1.2.1 Released – Packs Numerous Performance Optimizations

Techland has just released a new update for the PC version of Dying Light that comes with numerous performance optimizations. According to the release notes, there are still some issues related to AMD’s processors, as well as unsatisfactory performance on multi-GPU systems. Dying Light – PC Performance Analysis

Dying Light has just been released and as you may already heard, it’s plagued by some serious performance issues. Dying Light is powered by Chrome 6 Engine and while the game was meant to hit both current-gen and old-gen platforms, Techland decided to cancel the old-gen version because the game could not run acceptably on both PS3 and X360. Dying Light – Final PC Options Revealed – Field Of View & Distance Sliders Included

Dying Light releases tomorrow and today we can reveal the final PC options that will be supported. As we can see – and contrary to the previous graphics options we shared – Techland has added both a Field of View and a Distance slider. In addition, gamers will be able to adjust mouse smoothing. Dying Light – Here Are The PC Graphics Options, Features NVIDIA GameWorks Effects

Dying Light is almost upon us and Guru3D’s member ‘Kezen‘ has shared an image showing the game’s PC graphics options. As we can see, PC gamers will be able to adjust Textures/Shadows/Foliage/FX quality, enable/disable NVIDIA’s Special Effects, and increase the map size of Shadows up to 4096.
