FIFA 19 October 23 update detailed, full patch release notes revealed
EA Sports has released a massive new update for FIFA 19. According to the release notes, this patch allows players to make changes to their Game Plans in the Pause Menu during a match and, while using the Balanced Game Plan, swapping players in the Pause Menu during a match will now apply those changes to the other Game Plans.
