As we’ve informed you yesterday, MaLDo has finally finished the latest version of HD Texture Pack and is available right now through here. This new mod – called MaLDo HD 3.0 – is 808MB in size and among other things, it features MaLDo’s High-Resolution Textures and Map Fixes, the BlackFire mod and the Quality mod by ShonE. Battlefield 3’s beta has ended but DICE provided us – via the game’s FB page – with a new footage from the Caspian Border map. This video was uploaded by YouTube’s user ‘ytFex’ and features 4 minutes of jet gameplay. As DICE stated, this is a nice example of what we can look forward to. Great news for all Crysis 2 fans out there as MaLDo’s latest Texture Pack is finished and will be released in the coming days. This was revealed today on MaLDo’s blog as the modder uploaded a hardcoded image. Now that image wouldn’t normally attract our attention, but MaLDo purposely marked some letters. In a shocking turn of events, PC PowerPlay’s magazine cover revealed that Mass Effect 3 will actually support a multiplayer mode. Or as the cover suggests, Multiplayer comes to Mass Effect 3. In addition, the magazine traveled to BioWare’s office in Edmonton for hands-on time with the series’ first foray into online gameplay, and chat with Mass Effect Series Producer and Mass Effect 3 Project Director Casey Hudson about the decision to go multiplayer in the epic battle for the galaxy. Electronic Arts has just announced the official system requirements for their upcoming racer that is powered by DICE’s Frostbite 2 engine, Need For Speed: The Run. The minimum requirements are what you’d basically expect from a Frostbite 2 game but what really got our attention, was the HDD requirements. NFS: The Run will need 18GB of free disk space which is more or less what RAGE already requires. Does this also mean that the game will come in two or three DVD’s? Who knows.
