Fallout 4 – Update 1.9 is now available on Steam in beta form

Bethesda has just released a beta version of its upcoming update 1.9 for Fallout 4 on Steam. According to the release notes, this update adds support for the high-resolution texture pack, adds  Featured category for mods, and comes with general performance and stability improvements. Bethesda may have accidentally leaked AMD’s new Vega 10 GPU, to be called RX490 & will feature 8GB of VRAM

Bethesda has just announced that it will release a new official HD Texture Pack for the PC version of Fallout 4. In order to prepare PC gamers for this upcoming pack, Bethesda revealed the system requirements for it. And it appears that the big publisher has leaked the name and the amount of VRAM that AMD’s upcoming Vega10 GPU will feature. NVIDIA is working on a mod for Fallout 4, releases first gameplay trailer

It appears that NVIDIA is currently working on a mod for Fallout 4. This mod will be released on September 2nd, will feature NVIDIA’s GameWorks Technology (advanced lighting and shadows) and will offer more than one hour of additional gameplay.
