Gionata Medeot and Mattia Ferraro are directing a new, real life fan film that is based on Square Enix’s classic JRPG, Final Fantasy VII. The team behind this indepedent film has released its teaser trailer that can be viewed below. In this trailer, we get to see Aerith (played by Serena Zaffaroni), Tifa (played by Maya Trimboli) and Barret (played by Pedro Tamayo Toledo). And the time has finally come Final Fantasy fans. Final Fantasy VII PC has just been released and is priced at 9.99 euros. This offer will last until September 12th, as the game will then cost around 13 euros or dollars. According ot its store page, FINAL FANTASY VII has been updated to support the latest hardware and Windows Operating Systems. Before jumping around like little kids, this is not a remake. As always, most of us thought that it was a matter of time before they’d hit Valve’s distribution service but unfortunately, they have not appeared yet. Now that’s simply amazing. A fan went ahead and used the Unreal Engine in order to remake one of the best RPGs from Square. Oh yeah my dear FF7 fans. Even though Square is not remaking our beloved RPG, we can now see what Final Fantasy 7 would look like with the Unreal Engine. Now keep in mind that this is a one-man project, so don’t expect polished animations and such things. As the creator stated, FFVII REMAKE has been created for two main reasons: to learn how to create a videogame and to pay tribute to one of the best RPGs ever created, which most of us love and admire.
