Funcom and Electronic Arts have released six brand new screenshots for their upcoming massively multiplayer online game ‘The Secret World’. The new screenshots includes a look at characters from the three secret societies – the Illuminati, the Dragon, and the Templars. Two of the screenshots also shows the new character faces graphics that are in development, a huge leap in detail and quality from the character face graphics that have been presented in screenshots, videos and live demos of the game earlier. Eletronic Arts and Funcom released a new developer diary via PCGamer. This developer diary details the factions that will be available on the game and players will be able to ally with Dragon, the Templar, or the Illuminati. The Secret World is being developed by world-leading independent game developer Funcom, will feature 100-player PvP warzones and is set to release exclusively on the PC in April 2012. Our good friends at PCGamer released a new trailer for Age of Conan’s latest adventure pack, called The Savage Coast of Turan. This is basically a developer diary in which Age of Conan’s executive producer and game director of Age of Conan: Unchained, Craig Morrison. Funcom announced yesterday a huge update content for Bloodline Champions that will be released in mid-September. According to the company, this is the biggest content update since release and will feature an enhanced Standard Game menu, a starter quest, better matchmaking, the inclusion of new Traits and Medallions system and improved tooltips. Funcom has just announced that the first phase of The Secret War experience is now live. This first phase allows you to access a brand-new personality test that will let you find out what secret society you are most suited to join, or you can simply choose one of the secret societies as you see fit. After making your choice you get to register as a member of that secret society. This also functions as the official beta registration for The Secret World.
