Konami has released the E3 2013 trailer for its upcoming soccer game that will be powered by the FOX engine, Pro Evolution Soccer 2014. And to be honest, we were not impressed by what we saw. For instance, the players’ movements still seem ‘robotic’ and ‘unrealistic’. We don’t know how things will be in the final build, but right now the game lacks fluidity. Well, this may not please PC fans but Hideo Kojima has hinted that Metal Gear Solid V may be coming to the PC, though nothing is confirmed as of yet. During an interview with GameTrailers, Kojima said that they are developing on PC and may bring this title on our platform, however that’s not a priority as we speak. This new Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain trailer showcases the FOX Engine’s exceptional level of photorealistic visual quality with seamless integration of gameplay and cut scenes. Well, we all saw that coming. Konami Digital Entertainment has announced that its acclaimed Castlevania: Lords of Shadow will be released for PC in an Ultimate Edition in August via both physical and digital means. The PC edition features the full game and two add-on chapters, and will be available across Europe to download via Steam on August 27th, with a boxed product following on August 30th. A couple of hours ago, we presented you the teaser trailer of PES 2014. PES 2014 is powered by the FOX Engine and a proper trailer will be released during E3. And since we expect great things from that engine, a lot of people were confused about the content of that teaser trailer. Some suggested that it was CGI, while others claimed that it was in-game footage. And it appears that the trailer did not contain any CGI scenes at all. This confirmation came via today’s Hideradio and was spotted by GameChup. Kojima did not reveal further details about the PC version, or when it is expected to be released. Well, we all knew it but it’s nice to see an official confirmation of it. After all those rumors and speculations, Kojima and Konami have officially revealed that Metal Gear Solid 5 is The Phantom Pain and Ground Zeroes combined into one game. Kojima has showcased MGS5 at this year’s GDC on a PC with a X360 controller, meaning that there is already a PC version up and running. Unfortunately, MGS 5: The Phantom Pain is currently announced for X360 and PS3, and we cannot understand why Konami is not confirming the PC version that was showcased.
