A couple of days ago, we informed you about Boris Vorontsov plans for an ENBSeries mod of Mass Effect 3. Sadly, the modder decided to abandon those plans. Instead of concentrating on all the graphical issues of Mass Effect 3, Boris wanted to simply enjoy BioWare’s title which is understandable as who wouldn’t want to enjoy it, right? Another major problem is the game’s engine itself. It’s almost here. The third part of Mass Effect 3 will be released in a few days and PC gamers can go ahead and pre-load it via Origin. The game is around 10GB in size and word has it that PC gamers will be able to unlock it earlier via VPN. That method worked fine with Syndicate, so we bet that it will also do the trick with BioWare’s title. Mass Effect fans, get ready for a treat. Boris Vorontsov, creator of the famous ENBSeries mod, will create one for Mass Effect 3. Boris is currently trying to learn the game engine, so it might take a while before we see its mod in BioWare’s upcoming title. Moreover, Boris is making an ENBSeries for Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, though it’s still in early phase and won’t be shared. Now that’s a nice surprise. BioWare and Electronic Arts have released prematurely a new live action trailer for Mass Effect 3 on Xbox LIVE. A couple of days ago, Mass Effect 3’s “From Ashes” DLC was leaked via XBLA. Obviously, BioWare wasn’t prepared for such a leak and after a few days, the company decided to clarify why it was not included in the main game and reveal some more details about it. The content in From Ashes was developed by a separate team (after the core game was finished) and not completed until well after the main game went into certification. BioWare has launched an alternative reality game (ARG) for Mass Effect 3. UK Citizens are asked to sign-up a petition in order to force the government to release information about UFOs and extra-terrestrial life. The petition asks for 10K sign-ups, so our guess is that once this number is achieved, we’ll move on to the second phase of this ARG.
