Mass Effect 3 is one of the most anticipated games of 2012 and BioWare released a new episode of BioWare Pulse to give us a glimpse at Shepard’s new, dynamic combat animations. The combat system in Mass Effect 3 looks better and more polished than before and we can witness in the following video the detailed nuances that the developers added in combat to create a more dynamic Shepard. BioWare released today a new episode of BioWare Pulse, in which the company shows off some combat improvements that will be featured in the third and final part of the Mass Effect series and as you may have guessed, new powers will be introduced to try and make each combat class feel powerful and unique. For example, the Vanguard class will have this time around an upgraded version of the charge move while the Engineer class will be able to deploy turrets and hack enemy turrets to turn them against their owners. Earlier today, we found out that some internal story files for Mass Effect 3 have been leaked. Those who read those spoilers already know how Bioware’s upcoming action/RPG game ends, who lives and who dies. BioWare released a new episode of BioWare Pulse, in which BioWare’s community manager, Jessica Merizan, and the game’s executive producer, Casey Hudson, answer their fans questions and show some amazing in game footage. In case you were unaware of, the fight for the Earth will start a little bit sooner as there will be a single and multiplayer demo of the game in January 2012. Electronic Arts has just released the first screenshots and an announcement video for Mass Effect 3’s multiplayer mode. The fight for Earth starts in 2012 and as always, Mass Effect 3 looks lovely. The game’s multiplayer mode will actually be a co-op mode with up to 4 players and according to the devs, the single player portion was not affected by this inclusion. In a shocking turn of events, PC PowerPlay’s magazine cover revealed that Mass Effect 3 will actually support a multiplayer mode. Or as the cover suggests, Multiplayer comes to Mass Effect 3. In addition, the magazine traveled to BioWare’s office in Edmonton for hands-on time with the series’ first foray into online gameplay, and chat with Mass Effect Series Producer and Mass Effect 3 Project Director Casey Hudson about the decision to go multiplayer in the epic battle for the galaxy.
