Good news for all PC gamers as Tomb Raider has been unlocked in a couple of regions, meaning that we’ll be getting a lot of screenshots and videos today from the PC version of Crystal Dynamics’ Lara Croft game. Below you can find the in-game graphical options that are supported, as well as the first video that showcases AMD’s new hair technique, TressFX (from YouTube’s member ‘Stephen Delvecchio’). Darrell Gallagher, Studio Head had also a message to share, in which he thanked the fans for their enthusiasm and their support, and believes that they’ve created something that explores Tomb Raider’s history while pushing the limits in interactive storytelling and design. Square Enix and Nixxes Software have released a new PC update for Hitman: Absolution. According to its changelog, this patch offers performance enhancements on various hardware configurations. We’ve already seen that Absolution had some optimization issues, therefore it will be interesting to see whether Nixxes has addressed them or not. Nixxes Software and IO Interactive have released a new update for the PC version of Hitman: Absolution. According to its changelog, this patch adds an option to either lower or disable the game’s Bloom effect, improves – slightly – the general performance, and adjusts the game’s difficulty levels.
