Here are some more confirmed specs for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB

At the recent CES 2021 keynote, NVIDIA officially announced the GeForce RTX 3060 GPU having 12 GB of VRAM. The GeForce RTX 3060 12GB VRAM GPU is coming out in late February. However, as now reported by Videocardz, proper specs of this exact GPU model were not shared in the official slides, and Nvidia also changed the specifications of this new GPU from 3840 CUDA cores to 3584, just two weeks before the official announcement date. NVIDIA’s Resizable BAR will require new BIOS updates for both GPUs and motherboards

NVIDIA has announced that its latest graphics cards will be able to support Resizable BAR in late February. However, there is a catch here. This feature will only be available on the RTX 30 series GPUs. In other words, those that have purchased the expensive RTX 20 series GPUs will not have access to it. Gaming GPUs are going to get a lot more expensive due to Import Tariffs from China

Well, it appears that 2021 isn’t off to a great start as PC gaming components including graphics cards and motherboards are going to get even more expensive. According to a recent report coming via New York Times, the Chinese import tariff exemptions have expired this year, so as a result of this the GPU pricing is expected to increase significantly.
